The thing I love most about Fallout games is just how scary real the game world is. Fallout 3 took place in downtown Washington D.C., and I actually learned the city’s subway system and its routes/stations by playing that game. New Vegas uses I-15 and Route 95 as two of its main roads, but also incorporates real cities, towns, and other installations such as Sloan, Primm, Nellis Air Force Base, and McCarran Airport. I really hope one takes place in Philadelphia some day. I would love to scavenge the ruins of my apartment building.
